Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we would like to inform you that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LOTMOR brands Private Limited containing the principal terms and conditions for manufacturing of various beverage and other similar products of LOTMOR brands Private Limited.Further the details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure A.You are requested to take the same on records.
