Effective Date Of Scheme Of Merger/ Amalgamation Of Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited With NHPC Limited

In continuation of our letters dated 03.01.2025 and 10.01.2025 and compliance to Reg. 30 of SEBI LODR it is to inform that certified copy of Order of MCA conveying sanction of Central Govt. to the Scheme of Amalgamation between Lanco Teesta Hydro Power Limited (Transferor Company) and NHPC Limited (Transferee Company) from 01.04.2022 being appointed date has been filed electronically with the concerned Registrar of Companies by the Transferor Company and Transferee Company on 27.01.2025. The other details are given in the attached letter.
