In response to the communication received from BSE via e-mail dated 4th December 2024 w.r.t the discrepancies in the Financials filed for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 we are hereby enclosing the corrected copy of unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September 2024 as recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company accompanied by the Limited Review Report of the Auditors.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations) we are enclosing herewith copy of Investor Presentation for the FY 2024-25 of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
