Essar Ports Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 184134 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to the Essar Ports Employee Stock Options Trust pursuant to the Essar Ports Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 against an equal number of Options to enable eligible employees to exercise their Options.<BR><BR>In view of the above the paid-up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 42838.68 lakhs divided into 428256265 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
