Sub: Corporate Announcement - as required by the Delisting Committee of the Exchange It is hereby submitted that various actions were taken by enforcement and law agencies such as Income Tax Department and ED against the directors of the Company in their personal capacity. The Company was never a part of such actions and being a separate legal entity from its directors and shareholders suffered no ill consequence. Therefore we deny any impact on the Company due to these actions.As a part of these actions certain records of the directors were seized along with Companys records and head office of the Company was handled by the directors. Due to all these reasons the Company was not in a situation to comply with the applicable regulations. There are no proceedings pending against the Company. We have started the process of retrieving the documents from the authorities. as mentioned in the attached Public Announcement.
