Intellvisions Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13 2015 for adopting approving and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended December 31 2014.<BR><BR>Further pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company the trading window shall remain closed from February 06 2015 to February 14 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
