The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 14.11.2025 approved and took on record the un audited standalone financial results Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash flow statement along withe Limited review report for the quarter nd half year ended 30th September 2025. The meeting commenced at 17.30 PM and concluded at 19.15 PM

With reference to our earlier letter dated 19.10.2025 and further to your Query Lodr dared 23.10.2025 please find attached the letter of intimation sent by his son informing the death of Mr. P J Sunderrajan.
