This is with reference to the disclosures submitted by the Company under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and by the acquirer under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 on 02.02.2026 with regard to purchase of 250 shares. The aforesaid disclosures has been submitted by the Company and the acquirer within the time limits prescribed under relevant law.In the aforesaid disclosures the Acquirers holding before and after acquisition was inadvertently mentioned as 3044308 and 3044558 instead of 3044808 and 3045058 respectively.The revised disclosure shall be submitted shortly.Kindly take the above on record.
