Enclosed herewith Compliance Certificate under Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

This is to inform you that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by the Designated persons (Code) framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Thursday January 1 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.
