This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of PTC India Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday 26th April 2025 to inter-alia to consider and declare interim dividend for FY 2024-25 if any.
