Payment of Interim Dividend at the rate of 50% (Rs.5/-per equity shares of Rs.10/- each) for financial year 2024-25.Further pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations Monday 5th May 2025 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of members / beneficial owners entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.
