Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015(LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Schedule III of LODR we wish to inform rehgarding the outcome of the 20th Stakeholders Consultation Committee Meeting (SCC) of Punj Lloyd Ltd. held on 10.06.2025.The Liquidator(LQ) of the Company appraised the SCC members regarding the developments which have taken place in the ongoing sale porcess involved in the Liquidation of the Company on going concern basis. Thereafter the LQ of the Company discussed the wayforward to complete the above said process.
