In continuation of our earlier intimation vide letter no. QTL/Sec/2025-26/283 dated August 3 2025 regarding notice received by the Company under Section 13(8) of the SARFAESI Act 2002 we wish to further inform that Company has received a notice on August 6 2025 under Section 13(4) of SARFAESI Act 2002 in which they have mentioned about the symbolic possession have already been taken in January 2025 of both the properties and asked to pay outstanding amount within 30 days from this letter.
