Disclosure pursuant to Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform that Ravindra Energy Limited has received a letter from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited to develop and operate 100 MW(AC) of decentralized feeder level PV Solar Projects. This letter award has been issued under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 (MSKVY) of the Government of Maharashtra.
