Considered and Approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarterended 30thJune 2025.The Company on 11th August 2025 received letters dated 9th August 2025 from its Promoters namelyMr. Yogesh Jain; Yogesh Jain HUF; M/s. Focus Impex Pvt. Ltd.; Ms. Preeti Jain; & Ms. Anupreksha Jainrequesting their reclassification from Promoter category to Public category. Since the letters werereceived only on 11th August 2025 the same could not be scrutinized. However considering the matteri.e. reclassification of shareholders being time bound and requires urgent attention the same weretabled at the meeting with the permission of the Chair. The Board of Directors of the Companyconsidered and took note of the same. However advised the Company Secretary to scrutinize the sameand place the matter before the next Board Meeting.
