Considered and Approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30thSeptember 2025. 2. Considered and Approved the Limited Review Report for the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. Further pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 a copy of the aforesaid Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 alongwith Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
