Rose Merc Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/06/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March2025 along with respective Audit Reports; and to consider and recommend final dividend if any for the Financial Year 2024-2025.With reference to our earlier announcement dated 22nd May 2025 this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled on Friday 30th May 2025 is now postponed and rescheduled on Friday 06th June 2025.
