In continuation to the companys previous intimation dated January 28 2026 and with reference to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has executed the agreement for sale of its subsidiary company Multi Hotels Limited to M/s Greenleaf Properties Limited today i.e. Thursday January 29 2026.Consequently with effect from today i.e. January 29 2026 Multi Hotels Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company. The trading window for buying/selling/dealing/trading in the shares of ROHL will remain closed for quarterly financial results as per the letter dated December 31 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD1/P/CIR//2023/123 dated July 13 2023 are enclosed as Annexure - A.
