Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 7th August 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the following: a. Taken on record the resignation of Mr. Vinod Kumar Mathuria from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and b. Approved the appointment of Mr. Sumit Bansal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 7th August 2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
