Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) the trading window for dealing in securities of the Companies will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday July 1st 2025 till 48 hours after the end of Board Meeting wherein the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and three months ended 30th June 2025 would be consideredapproved and declared.
