This is to formally intimate about the resignation of CS Mohita Ramsariya via resignation letter dated 15.04.2025 .We acknowledge that there is delay in notifying the resignation to stock exchange due to the exigency of short notice period provided by CS Mohita. The Company made efforts to explore the possibility of retaining CS Mohita till the completion of her notice period and complying the regulatory obligations.Thus the delay was due to this discussionsbut we now acknowledge the final decision. While the Company is committed to adhering to all regulatory requirements the circumstances warranted focusing on immediate quarterly and yearly compliance and transitioning the role before formally notifying the stock exchange .
