Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that on March 14, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd (the Company) has issued and allotted 36,254 (Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Four) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under various ESOP Schemes of the Company.<BR><BR>Consequent to the said allotments, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 66,80,12,378/- divided into 33,40,06,189 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 66,80,84,886/- divided into 33,40,42,443 Equity of face value Rs. 2/- each.
