In terms of Board authorization dated January 17 2024 and Letter of Offer dated January 28 2024 the Board constituted Securities Issuance and Investment Committee at its meeting held today i.e. July 15 2024 has approved the final call on partly paid-up equity shares of INR 100/- per share (including a premium of INR 98.67 per share) and fixing Monday July 22 2024 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the holders of partly paid-up equity shares to whom the call notice would be sent for payment of call.Further details in relation to the call will be included in the final call notice that will be sent to the eligible equity shareholders of partly paid-up equity shares in due course.
