We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th April 2025 inter-alia has approved the Sanction letter of term loan of Rs. 2.62 Crores from SVC Co-operative Bank Limited for installing Solar Power Unit. The Company will enter in to Term Loan Agreement to avail the Rupee Term Loan facility amounting Rs. 2.62 Crores.
