To appoint a registered valuer for the purpose of undertaking valuation of the securities of the Company; 2.To take note of the valuation report obtained for the proposed preferential issuance; 3.To discuss consider and approve Issuance and allotment of 2831139 nos. of Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Share on private placement basis; 4.To approve the alteration in Capital clause of MOA; 5. To consider and approve the postal ballot notice; 6.To address any other matters with the prior approval of the Chairperson.
