Scindia Steam Navigation Company Ltd has informed BSE that the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Company Petition No. 150 of 2011 has passed Order dated July 13, 2012 that Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay is appointed as Provisional Liquidator to take charge of the books, assets and business of the Company and to exercise all necessary powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
