This is to inform you that consequent to the demerger of Revathi Equipment Limited and to give effect to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement of the Company Mr. Nishant Ramakrishnan shall cease to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 19th July 2023. He will take charge as the Company Secretary of the resultant company pursuant to the demerger.
