Further to our intimation dated November 3 2025 and later on November 10 2025 and pursuant to Regulations 30 33 and other applicable regulations of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors (Board) of Shreenath Paper Products Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. Monday November 14 2025 inter-alia considered and approved the following matters: 1. Approved Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the half year on September 30 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing following: a. The Unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30 2025. b. Limited Review Report on the Unaudited Financial Results issued by M/s. S H Dama & Associates the Statutory Auditors of the Company

Shreenath Paper Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our intimation dated November 3 2025 regarding the convening of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held today i.e. November 10 2025 to consider and approve inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30 2025 we wish to inform you that:The said meeting of the Board of Directors was duly held today. However during the course of the meeting the Board decided to adjourn the meeting to November 14 2025 due to certain pending confirmations from the Statutory Auditor and technical difficulties being faced in generation of the UDIN on the ICAI portal for issue of Limited Review Report.Accordingly the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results has been deferred to the adjourned date.This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
