Shri Keshav Cements And Infra Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve We are pleased to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 13th February 2026 at 11.00 A.M. at the Registered Office of the Company interalia:1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results and segment-wise Revenue Results for the Quarter/Nine Month ended 31st December 2025.Kindly take the above intimation on record.

Herewith we have attached the Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 received from our RTA i.e. MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. for the Quarter ended 31/12/2025.

The trading window shall be closed from 01st January 2026 and upto 48 hours after the declaration of results for the Quarter ended 31/12/2025.
