With reference to the above mentioned circular read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/59/2019-20 dated 03rd March 2020 in connection with fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities we wish to inform you that our company SIDDHA VENTURES LIMITED is NOT A LARGE CORPORATE as on 31.03.2025 as per the applicability criteria specified under the aforesaid SEBI Circulars.
