Simbhaoli Sugars Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Dear Sir/Ma'am, With reference to the provisions of the above captioned, we hereby confirm and undertake that Simbhaoli Sugars Limited is not a Large Corporate as per the Criteria specified in para 2.2 of SEBI Circular Ref.: SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 and SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 23, 2019 for the year ended March 31, 2025. Accordingly, the Disclosure in Annexure - A to the said Circular is not applicable. '.
