This is to inform you that we have received order for convening EGM of equity shareholders of SKF India Limited passed by National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai (NCLT) regarding the scheme of arrangement between SKF India Limited (Demerged Company) and SKF India (Industrial) Limited (Resulting Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors under section 230 to 232 and applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
