The Board of Directors of the Somany Ceramics Limited at their meeting held today on 13th August 2025 have considered and approved on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Somany (DIN: 00021448) as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 3 years commencing from 1st June 2026 to 31st May 2029 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting by way of Special Resolution.
