Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI(PIT) 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated person the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the designated person and their immediate relatives from Tuesday 1st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 to the public (both days inclusive)
