Pursuant to the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30 2025 in Board Meeting held on November 11 2025 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are forwarding herewith the copies of the newspaper clippings of the said Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company as published on November 12 2025 in the following newspapers:-1) Financial Express (All India Edition)2) Jansatta (Hindi Newespaper Delhi Edition)

Reference to regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 where in a Company is required to submit to the Stock Exchange a disclosure of Related Party transactions on half year basis on the date of publication of its financial results. In context to the aforesaid we may kindly submit that regulation 23(9) is not applicable to our company as per the exemptions granted under regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.Kindly also note that the paid-up share capital of the Company as on March 31 2025 is Rs. 9.06 Crores and net worth is Rs. 4.10 Crores in negative which are below the threshold limits as prescribed under the aforesaid regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 hence the said exemptions under this regulation has been obtained.

Pursuant to regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 (along with limited review report thereon) as considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. November 11 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015) please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. November 11 2025 has considered and approved the followings:1) the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025 (copy enclosed) pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The said financial results are duly reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company the copy of the Limited Review Report is also enclosed with the financial results for your reference and record.

SRM Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. The Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2025. 2. To transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit.
