In continuation of our earlier intimation dated January 14 2025 regarding outcome of Board Meeting held on January 14 2025 and pursuant to SEBI Circular dated December 31 2024 read with BSE Notice dated January 02 2025 we are submitting herewith the Integrated Filing (Financials) for the third Quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024.

In continuation of our intimation dated 12/12/2024 under the subject Scam Alert / Beware of Fraudulent Activities in the name of the Company and intimation dated 14/01/2025 under the subject Outcome of Board meeting held on January 14 2025 we would like to inform the general public at large that a complaint has been filed on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal against such fraudulent activity / Scam being conducted by some unknown person or group using the name and logo of the Company on their unauthorized platform through unknown channel links social media platform etc. We again reiterate that the Company has no association connection or involvement with the aforesaid platform or any such activities in any manner and it has never initiated any such scheme etc. Copy of the Complaint along with its acknowledgement is annexed herewith.

Pursuant to the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31 2024 in the Board meeting held on January 14 2025 and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are forwarding herewith copies of newspaper clippings of the said Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company as published on January 15 2025 in the following newspapers:-1) Financial Express (All India edition)2) Jansatta (Hindi Newspaper Delhi Edition).

Please find attached herewith the Un-audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2024 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 14/01/2025 through video conferencing.
