Please note that the 38th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday the 26th day of September 2025 at 12:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).The Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25 is also available on the Companys Website.The soft copy of the Annual Report (including Notice of AGM) is being sent electronically to the shareholders as appearing as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday August 29 2025. Further in terms of Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a letter providing the weblink including the exact path where the Notice of AGM and complete Annual Report is available is being physically sent to the shareholders of the Company.
