Sula Vineyards Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/MadamPursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 6th February 2026 which shall inter-alia include to consider approve & take on record the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December 2025 which shall be subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
