Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve (a) the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended June 30 2025 and (b) the voluntary delisting of the Companys equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. (CSE) in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021.
