Considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year Ended 31st March 2025. The said Audited Financial Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors.2. Appointment of M/s. S. Venkatadri & Co Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.:004614S) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2025-2026.
