No. 608 of 2019 in CP (IB) No. 421/7/HDB/2018 under which Honble NCLT approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Vaman Bhagya Private Limited (Resolution Applicant).<BR> <BR> The said order has been passed on October 30th 2019 and its certified true copies received on December 18th 2019.<BR> <BR> Further certified copy of the above NCLT order has been duly submitted to your good office through email Dt. 14/11/2019 15/11/2019 & 10/02/2020 and also sent the same via courier service of DTDC vide consignment no. H16796054 (dispatched) on 15/11/2019.<BR> <BR> Further Resolution Applicant has also forwarded the same through email Dt. 08/02/2020 and through Indian Registered Speed Post vide consignment no. EN411621267IN (dispatched) on 08/02/2020.<BR>

The Company has been informed that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT Order) the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited the Share Transfer Agents of the Company (KCPL) have been transferred to Karvy Fintech Private Limited (Karvy Fintech) with effect from 17th November 2018. <BR> <BR> The Company has been further informed that pursuant to the NCLT Order the all the existing agreements to which KCPL is a party including the agreements entered into by the Company shall be in full force and vest with Karvy Fintech Private Limited. <BR> <BR> We request you to take note of the same and update the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agents of the Company in your records.<BR>

We wish to inform you that our lender State Bank of India Kolkatta has filed a petition under Section of IBC 2016 to trigger a Corporate Insolvency Regulation Process (CIRP) against our company i.e. Suryachakra Power Corporation Limited (SPCL) in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderabad vide CP (IB) No: 421/7/HDB/2018 in July 2018 which came up for hearing on 30.08.2018. <BR> After a couple of hearings the NCLT has admitted the above petition and issued its order dated 03.10.2018. A copy of the order dated 03.10.2018 is enclosed herewith for your information which is self-explicit.<BR> <BR>
