To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2022.2. To consider and take note of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2022.Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results.
