To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended on June 30 2025.2. To consider and take note of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended on June 30 2025.Further in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for PIT (Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company on August 14 2025.
