Certificate under Reg 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for quarter ended December 31 2025

Closure of Trading window from Thursday January 1 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025 become generally available.

Company has entered into Strategic Partnership Agreement with Perlas Weil Flores International Trading Corporation Philippines.

Swadeshi Industries & Leasing Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results For The Quarter And Half-Year Ended September 30 2025.

As required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are forwarding herein with the Compliance Certificate as received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited for quarter ended September 30 2025
