Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve The 4th Board of Directors Meeting 2025-26 is scheduled to be held on Saturday the 14th FEB. 2026 at the Regd. office of the company to consider approve and take on record inter alia the un-audited Fin. Results of the company for he QE 31.12.2025 and other items as per agenda. Kindly take the same on record.

In compliance of REG 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 we forward the certificate received from RTA M/s Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. for the QE 31.12.2025. Kindly take the same on record.

The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company for all the designated persons will remain closed from 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for QE 31.12.2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results for the QE 31.12.2025 will be intimated to BSE separately in due course.

Pursuant to REG 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we have published the Unaudited Fin. Results for the QE 30.09.2025 in News papers viz. Makkal Kural (Tamil) and Trinity Mirror (Eng.)and copies of newspaper clippings are attached for your perusal. Kindly take the same on record.
