Tashi India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2025. Further in accordance with our previous communication dated December 26th 2025 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives is closed w.e.f. 1st January 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.

With reference to the captioned subject it is being informed that Shri Akshay Ranka (DIN : 00235788) has ceased to hold his office with the w.e.f February 02 2026 as non-executive Independent Director of the Company on the completion of his second consecutive term.

Please find enclosed the certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025 received from our RTA- Adroit Corporate Services Private Limited.

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated/connected persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. January 01 2026 for the purpose of approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. The trading windows shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results.
