the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. January 15 2025 inter-alia have considered and approved the following:1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by V. Singhi & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company in accordance with the Reg. 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. The Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved re-appointment of Mr. Sunil K. Warerkar as Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company with effect from April 01 2025 for a further period of Three (3) years on the expiry of his current term of office subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals as may be required.
