The Board Meeting to be held on 12/08/2023 has been revised to 14/08/2023 Further to our letter dated 5th August 2023 pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR we would like to inform that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday 12th August 2023 has been postponed and re-scheduled on Monday 14th August 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2023
