The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 23rd May 2025 recommended final dividend of Re. 1/- (50%) per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
