Submission Of Newspaper Copies Of Publication Of Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results (Standalone And Consolidated) Of The Company For The First Quarter Ended June 30 2025.

In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has published the Extract of the Unaudited Financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2025 which have been considered approved and taken on record by Board of directors at their meeting held on 11th August 2025. The said financial results have been published in Times of India (English Newspaper) and Pudhari (Marathi Newspaper) on 13th August 2025.
