This is to inform that the board at the meeting held on 28.07.2025 have appointed M/S Shishir Jaiswal & Co cost accountants as the cost auditor of the company for the FY 2025-26. The remuneration payable to the firm shall be subject o the approval of shareholders in the upcoming general meeting.
